Is this a forced upgrade?‍

No. You choose your path. YES gives you two tracks (Option 1 locked 1:1 with OG NFT; Option 2 liquid 3:1). NO keeps UTK as it currently stands.

Why is Option 1 locked?‍

To align incentives, foster healthy liquidity where it’s needed, and reduce short-term volatility. It also rewards early believers with the OG NFT and better economics.

What’s the OG NFT?‍

A tradable pass for A1 participants (cap 10,000; min 1,000 UTK). It grants a lifetime +2% APR boost on staking (default; future governance can revise), plus loyalty perks, boosted governance, and early feature access.

What about Option 2 (3:1 liquid)?‍

It’s meant for those who need instant liquidity, they will get it on Sui, and are okay giving up the preferential 1:1 conversion, NFT, and higher initial yield.
